1. With the recent dissolution of GCHRL, do I need to get a new library card?

• • • No, ERLS patrons do not need new library cards.

2. Will we lose access to any of our databases?

• Yes, due to funding limitations, we will lose some databases. We are actively researching ways to cover the gaps these loses may create. We will be keeping Libby, Hoopla, and Palace. Other databases will be discussed as their renewal periods arrive.

3. I am getting an error message on Hoopla about daily limits, why can't I check out anything out?

• • • We have a max budget for Hoopla, the daily borrowing budget helps us spread it out. If you are seeing that message it means we have already reached it for the day. Try back tomorrow morning. As a new region out budget will be smaller to start, so that we can figure out where our funds will be best used. We hope to be able to increase this limit.

• Will bid be accepted by email?

  • Yes, bids may be emailed to dmorris@easternregionallibraryga.org.

• Should all 5 libraries be on 1 proposal or should each library have their own proposal?

  • If you are able to provide service for all locations then one proposal will be sufficient. Otherwise, please provide an induvial proposal for each location.
